* مرتبه وقدره 675 دولار امريكي شهريا ً لحاملي درجة البكالوريوس .
* بدل طيران شهري وقدره 500 دولار .
* تأمين شامل على الحياة .

* مواصلات مجانية من المنزل الى المطار والعكس .
* تذاكر سنوية مجانية للموظف وعائلته ( لم يذكر العدد ) خاضعة لشروط واحكام الشركة .
* زيادة في مرتب الموظف بعد كل 13 او 14 شهر عمل .

* مرتب شهري وقدره 1356 دولار شاملة المرتب الأساسي + بدل سكن + بدل اغتراب.
* بدل طيران شهري وقدره 650 دولار امريكي .
* تأمين شامل على الحياة .
* تأمين طبي للموظف .
* مواصلات مجانية من المنزل الى المطار والعكس .
* تذاكر مجانية سنوية للموظف وعائلته ( لم يذكر العدد ) خاضعة للشروط والاحكام .

For Jordanian applicants

A monthly compensation of JD 240 during the training stages of the program .Free transportation between Royal Jordanians Head Office and the training centers .Upon passing the training program and after being officially appointed as a flight attendant, you will be entitled to the following privileges

A minimum of JD 465 monthly salary for university degree holders
JD700 monthly allowance for flying allowance
Life insurance and social security
Medical insurance for you and your parents
Free transportation to and from the airport
Complimentary annual airline tickets for you and your family, according to valid regulations
13th and 14th month bonus salaries
Complimentary official uniform.
Social Security and provident fund

For non Jordanian applicants (Female non Jordanian cabin attendants ONLY are needed):
A monthly salary of USD1356 (including basic salary, accommodation allowance and expatriation allowance).
USD1000 monthly allowance for flying allowances
Life insurance and social security
Medical insurance
Free transportation to and from the airport
Complimentary annual airline tickets for you and your family, according to valid regulations
